I was pleasantly surprised by how good Janet takes care of her pups n moms. I got my new girl from her and I'm already thinking I need another. Very healthy, bright eyed, skin and coat are shiny and in good shape. She came paper trained, awesome! Very social girl also. Thank you Janet!!Adopted 2 adorable weiner dogs from Janet. He is my first ever dog I bought on my own and I love and care for him every day (he’s a toy addict btw).Got back to my email fast. Just not so sure about sending a deposit when the puppy I want isn't even born or available to see first. I can wait. I would rather leave a deposit for something I have seen and know I want. Good prices and was given a good reference for them though. They are in Colorado.I purchased a sibling set in December of 2019. Both puppies vomited multiple times on the way home and had blood in their stool that rapidly worsened. Janet knew she sold me very sick puppies. The contract guarantees no Parvo, both tested positive for Parvo and Giardia at the well check following their pickup from FlicKennel, both were hospitalized with one staying over a week in ICU. The contract you sign will not reimburse you for vet bills even if contract is broken regarding guarantee of no Parvo. Beware, the language is tricky, they will allow you to trade your dog in these circumstances. In my situation, my dogs received good vet care and miraculously survived (but continue to have high maintenance intestinal issues at 3 years old), after everything they survived, there is no way I would trade newly healthy dogs for possibly unhealthy dogs. I notified Flickennel of the diagnosis and provided the vet and specialty hospital contact info, they said they would confirm diagnosis but never got back with me. Horrible experience. I call my dogs my million dollar puppies because I took on unnecessary debt to save their lives and heal them from a diagnosis guaranteed to not occur…they would have quickly died if left at Flickennel. Also note, Janet would not let me see the premises or the mom and dad of my puppies, she said they had been “put away” even though my appointment was scheduled and I drove 2.5 hours to her location. Red flag. Buyer beware. I do love my pups and they have enjoyable temperaments.We just picked up our puppy, He's so cute!!!! Great communication and customer service. The adoption when nice and smooth. Pay attention when they say print the directions GPS does not work in that area. We are more then Satisfied with our new fur baby. I recommend

Right from the beginning of the adoption process, it’s been so easy. Christine is awesome to work with. I got Buddy in November and he is just about housebroken. He rings the dog bells to go out every time. He already knows several commands, sit, lay down, paw, and crate. When given a treat he goes into the crate to eat it like I taught him.
